Waiting

Allred
I'm waiting and hoping it will be perfect this time.
The moon and the stars they'd align, when you're standing right in front of me.
And all that I wanted had suddenly fell into place.
My shadow it outlines your face, when it's all that I want to see.
And if I'm all wrong, somebody stop me.
So I'll wait around til no one is listening.
And it's taking forever to say, what I want to say, but nothing comes out right.
And the sidewalk we walk on, the moonlight has paved out for us, and I'll be the one you can trust.
I'm taking you away from here.
And the symphony's playing and I'll be the one out of key cause you got the best of me and we're bring in the year.
And if I'm all wrong, somebody stop me.
So I'll wait around til no one is listening.
And it's taking forever to say what I want to say.
But nothing comes out right.
So I'll wait around til no one is listening and it's taking forever to say, waht I want to say
I've waited my whole life, Just to get this right. To get it right
