Enchantment

Could it be enchantment? What am I to do?
Everywhere I look your image comes into view.
I blink my eyes and open them wide,
But you don't see me you don't know I'm alive.
I'm not superstitious, but when I see you
I start making wishes for a dream come true.
Enchantment reigns. Subject am I.
But you don't see me you don't know I'm alive.
Through wizardry and alchemy we shall know the truth.
I'll learn to make you one with me
Under our thatched roof.
Shall I make a potion, wish upon the moon
Apprentice with a sorcerer to learn what to do?
I see a key is alchemy now I shall start
To unlock the mystery of love you guard in your heart.
I'll take a sprig of comfrey, grind a lizard's tooth,
Add a dram of bat's blood and a willow shoot,
Stir for a while, beneath a full moon
Bury it at midnight to seed this feeling deep in you.
Through wizardry and alchemy we shall find the truth.
I'll learn to make you one with me
Under our thatched roof.
And when you're enchanted you'll be ever true.
Everywhere you'll see my image come into view.
I'll show you a smile wide as the sky.
It will be we two living a magic, enchanted life.
