B-side poetry

i loved you since before i was born. i loved you since
before i had skin. without
you it feels all kind of
worn. i loved you...more. i
loved you. i loved you so
much. you were the candle i
wanted to touch, but just
like fire, you broke through
my skin. took away my
dignity, and i lost a friend.
