Dinosaur tears

You ask me to explain,
And I say it looks like it's gonna rain
My heart is beating so fast,
Like it's trying to outrun the past

I don't know how how how, can I escape the now
In the land of long ago, only dinosaurs know
But those dinosaur tears,
Have run dry since a million years
The future is coming

And the dinosaurs cry,
And science don't know why
