Don´t you know, that my parents and friends,
are buried in the ruins of Jerusalem?!

Don´t you know, that no stone stands there
on the other one - in the ruins of Jerusalem?!

Don´t you know, that we were days on the run
- to Babylon?!

Don´t you know, that anger and tears are deep
- in everyone?!!

Nothing will be the same,
we are imprisoned and got a new name!
You´re the ruler of this land,
but please don´t ask me: Who I am?!!

Don´t you know, that a young man grew up
- living in the ruins of Jerusalem?!
Don´t you know, I was born without any silver spoons
- in the ruins of Jerusalem?!
Don´t you know, that this young man won´t run
- from anyone?!
You should know, that deep in my heart:
The fight is won!!!
