Grand´ dad

I remeber being small
you were always there
sitting in your chair
looking out for me

But you grew old
time caught up with you
and not a day goes by
where i don`t think of the things we used to do

Granddad... i miss you
granddad... how do you do?
and i would give anything just to
have 5 more minuttes with you

Not so long ago
i visited your grave
and even though it is a million miles away
it is always the same

we light a candle, i light a smoke
we buy you flowers and have a coke
we smile, we laugh and sometimes cry
and we all know that we miss you inside

Granddad... i miss you
