My lapsed heart
Descends in somber degrees
Plagued by the depravity
Of those who never bleed

Shrouded yet unknown
In an abyss so bleak
It mirrors the shadow of my soul

And now even the sun before me shivers
Emitting glacial rays
From frigid heaven in rivers

This black aura
Hunting the life in me
Through this suffocating reality
Only irreverence is conceived

Dogma in obscurity
Those who knelt to the sun
Now absent like verity

A cold catharsis
A doctrine of reverie
A dulcet reality
Achieved only in our dreams
