The daylights

Darkness scared the daylights out of me last night
But by the grace of god i had a goal
To make it to the middle of the morning light
And safety saving sanity and soul

Do everything that we want to do

Sanity worth saving well i'm not so sure
A soul is somewhat suitable to save

Something took me somewhere where i had never been
