History's been decided by the bullies and the freaks
Who tried to move the mountains and drain all the creeks
Wiping out the things that just didn't fit
I wonder what they ended up doing with it

I've always been content to take the pieces
That I've been given
Make a mess with the results
Justify it all

Everybody's using all their breath telling everyone else
What to do with their own breath
I can't believe it I never was the type
To worry that much about everybody else

It's okay if you fall
You stumble you get up

Everybody wants to know
How the story is going to end
I wonder if they knew
