Decision
All dreams dyingfree of pain and of torment.
Now, for the first time, I can see
the world clearly, cured of a poisoned mind.
Not one of them ever understood me,
no one even truly wanted to.
The cruelty of mankind is sickening.
Blood-thirsty vultures glide through the air,
awaiting your collapse to get the chance
to reave the flesh of your corpse.
A comforting breath of the wind
caresses me in the moonlight
as I walk firmly into the fondling darkness.
Briefly, I glance back to see the gates close.
I know I made the right decision.
There's nothing in this world I'd miss,
nothing worth crying for.
Only pain remains in the past,
scorched in my memories
(and buried within me).
The bitterness dies with the flesh,
memories find their rest in grave
The cruelty of mankind is sickening.
Blood-thirsty vultures glide through the air,
awaiting your collapse to get the chance
to reave the flesh of your corpse.
A comforting breath of the wind
caresses me in the moonlight
as I walk firmly into the fondling darkness.
Briefly, I glance back to see the gates close.
I know I made the right decision.
